• Expedited Service: Your freight is prioritized, ensuring timely delivery (weather and equipment permitting).

• Dedicated Truckload: Your shipment is the only freight on the truck, providing direct delivery and maximum care.

Balancing Cost, Time, and Quality

Quality service at competitive rates requires time. Faster delivery options are available at higher rates, but allowing us time to build and optimize loads helps keep your costs reasonable.

Protecting Your High-Value Freight

Shipping high-value, precision machinery requires expertise. Many carriers are not qualified to handle this type of freight. Our team specializes in safely transporting machinery, using trained drivers and proven processes to protect your investment.

Cargo Insurance and Claims

• Insurance: All LTL quotes include $100,000 in cargo insurance. For additional coverage, please specify at the time of booking.

• Claims: Handled through our home office. Please note that claims will not be paid if damage is due to pallet failure—avoid using cheap or unstable pallets to protect your freight.

Preparing for Delivery

• Ensure the delivery site has correct equipment (e.g., forklifts) and personnel ready to unload.

• Provide accurate contact information for delivery site personnel to avoid delays or miscommunication.

Quote Validity

Due to market fluctuations, all quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. We cannot guarantee rates for expired quotes.
